I just received a call from the local game store (Replay) that my reserved copy of Rainbow Six:Vegas has arrived. As always, the game is released a couple of days after the US launch. With the reservation I’ll also receive a faceplate, but that hasn’t arrived yet.
When I go down to the store to pick up the game, I’ll also get myself the Wireless Racing Wheel. Reviews are good and I like racing games (especially the Project Gotham Racing series, starting with Metropolis Street Racer). As soon as I’ve tested the wheel extensively, I’ll post some feedback here.
Update: There was a mix-up at the store, another guy named Sanders picked up my game. As a result, my reservation for the wheel got cancelled and the wheel had been sold (Sinterklaas is in 5 days, so lots of people shopping for toys). Fortunately they had a spare copy of Rainbow Six:Vegas (what a great game) and the wheel arrives on Saturday.
